Crushed pepper. Remove the leaves and chop the rosemary. Remove the leaves from the thyme. Put the thyme, rosemary and pepper in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of water. Put the ribs in a baking pan. Pour the marinade. Marinate 30 minutes.
Prepare a barbecue. When the coals are ready, place the ribs on a grill and place the rack on the grill, about 8 centimeters above the embers. Cook the ribs 7 minutes per side for rare.
Season with salt and serve immediately with grilled peppers.
- 2 thick beef ribs 800g about each
- 2 sprigs of thyme
